Vanilla vodka : 45 ml or plain vodka + 5 ml vanilla syrup
Passion fruit purée : 30 ml
Passion fruit liqueur (or Cointreau) : 15 ml
Fresh lime juice : 15 ml
Prosecco (side shot) : 60 ml approx
Garnish :Half a fresh passion fruit (float)

Glassware :Chilled coupe (plus a shot glass for prosecco)
Chill a coupe and a small shot glass or flute for the prosecco.
In a shaker, combine 45 ml vanilla vodka, 30 ml passion fruit purée, 15 ml passion fruit liqueur (or Cointreau) and 15 ml fresh lime juice.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.
Double-strain into the chilled coupe.
Float half a passion fruit (cut side up) on the surface for aroma and presentation.
Serve alongside a small shot/glass of chilled prosecco for sipping or to pour in as the drinker prefers.
