Dark rum (e.g., Pusser’s) : 60 ml
Pineapple juice : 90 ml
Orange juice : 30 ml
Cream of coconut : 30 ml
Garnish :Grated nutmeg, pineapple wedge and/or cherry
Shaker (or blender for blended)

Fill a shaker with ice and add 60 ml dark rum, 90 ml pineapple juice, 30 ml orange juice and 30 ml cream of coconut.
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled and combined.
Strain into a tiki mug or highball filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a generous grating of fresh nutmeg, a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
Serve immediately — tropical, creamy and dangerously easy to drink despite its rum content.
