Irish whiskey : 40 ml
Hot coffee : 120 ml
Brown sugar : 1 tsp
Fresh cream : 30 ml
Garnish :Lightly whipped cream

Add 1 tsp brown sugar to heated mug.
Pour in hot coffee and stir until sugar dissolves.
Add 40 ml Irish whiskey and stir gently.
Lightly whip cream until pourable.
Float cream on top by pouring over spoon back.
Serve immediately.
