Add gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker (no ice) for a dry shake.
Dry-shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds to build foam.
Add ice and shake again for 10–12 seconds to chill and slightly dilute.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe to achieve a silky texture.
Garnish with a fresh raspberry or a thin lemon twist.
